Often copied but never equalled, Lush’s most popular Snow Fairy shower gel is leaving hibernation a little early this year. The sweet candy floss scent of the seasonal exclusive will launch starting 21st October 2023 in Lush shops across Malaysia and online, a few weeks before the festive collections.
In 2022, approximately 216,000 Snow Fairy shower gels were produced and sold in the UK&I, making it a festive favourite across the countries – this is around 232,800 kg of Snow Fairy which equals more than 1,500 full bath tubs!
The iconic scent was invented 18 years ago by Lush’s Global Retail Director Claire Constantine, daughter of Lush Co-Founders and Product Inventors Mark and Mo Constantine:
“When I was around 11 mum and dad brought home a pink shower gel with no scent. I found it in the bathroom and told them that I loved the colour but it needed to smell of candy fluff and my favourite perfume. That product became called ‘Snow Fairy’ and is now our best selling Christmas product year after year. I still love it to this day!”
