Need to return something to us?

In short

You have a legal right to cancel a contract which starts from the date we confirm your order has been despatched, which is when the contract between us is formed. All exchanges, returns, or refund requests for items purchased through this website must first be e-mailed to us at order@lush.my.

Where you have cancelled a contract and the products have already been delivered to you, you should return them to us as soon as possible and in any event no later than 7 days after the day you inform us of your right to cancel. Cancellations with refunds can only be done before 10am on business days, for orders that have not yet been processed for despatched. Cancellation requests have to be sent to order@lush.my.

Where the products have already been delivered to you, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us.

If you are cancelling your order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods if the goods have already been despatched. Shipping charges are often not refundable. Please remember we can't accept returns without prior authorization through Customer Care.

Return goods

We always want you to be happy with your purchase. We can offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase for products that have not been used. Returned items need to be intact and returned with the original packaging and receipt. Please note that all items bought during a sale period are not valid for refund or exchange.

Damaged goods

If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described follow these easy steps, within 7 days upon receiving:

  • Take a photo of the item(s)
  • Send the photo to order@lush.my along with your order reference number
  • Our customer care team will contact you to arrange the return. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.

Refund or Replacement Policy

“In the event that a customer claims their order has not been delivered, they may contact our customer service at order@lush.my within 7 working days from the date of order placement. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.”

In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
