The work of Jung Ji Won, who designed the Korean Stewartia and Camellia Knot Wrap, reflects the colors and traditional beauty of Korea. Won's paintings are not just expressions of color, but are characterized by the fact that they are imbued with traditional Korean aesthetics.
Jung Ji Won's first collaboration with LUSH KOREA was the second art fair "Never Disappearing" in 2023. The event was part of LUSH KOREA's initiative to spread LUSH's values through art. Won's work depicts the emotions he felt when observing endangered native Korean plants in a local arboretum, aiming to raise awareness of the effects of climate change and the importance of environmental protection. The work depicts a beautiful tree trunk with camellia flowers blooming behind it and an elegant bird gazing enviously at its brilliance, expressing serenity.
