- Ethyl macadamiate is an alternative to silicones that protects hair from heat and humidity, without weighing it down. It's made from the fatty acids from macadamia nut oils (mainly oleic and palmitoleic acids) mixed with an ester of ethyl alcohol
How to use: Spray from 8" away onto the middle to ends of dry hair, or spray onto a comb and run through your locks as a final touch.
