Terms and Condition

Booking Confirmation:

• The pampering sessions are subject to availability.
• Booking can only be made at the store.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• We will not be able to reschedule if you decided to cancel 1 day before the session.
• Any cancellations or no-shows, you will not be entitled for a refund.

Arrival Time:

• We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for us to provide you with the consultation.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other customers.

Health and Medical Conditions:

• Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your pampering experience when booking your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or modify treatments based on your health status.

Pricing and Payments:

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment for the pampering session is due at the time of booking or upon completion of services.

Redemption:

• Each single receipt and purchase can only be redeemed ONCE.
• Customer may choose to give the pampering slot to some one else.
• Redemption is only valid for 2 months from the date of the purchase.
• Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of purchase will be allowed.
• This pampering session can only be redeemed at LUSH NU Sentral or LUSH IOI City Mall only.
• This pampering session is only redeemable at the same store you originally purchase from.
• This pampering session is not valid if you purchase online.

• We value your feedback. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please let us know so that we can continuously improve our services.

Upon arriving for the consultation, customer must provide the receipt for verification.

By booking and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not proceed with your booking.
